Customer Policies
Please read these before ordering. By placing an order with Goldman Collection LLC, you agree to the terms below.
Pricing is confirmed with you directly before any payment is taken, in U.S. dollars (USD). What we confirm is what you pay — no hidden fees.
Payment is due in full to confirm and secure your order. We accept secure card payments and other secure payment methods offered when you place your order. Your order is reserved once payment is received and confirmed.
Orders ship to U.S. addresses from our U.S. location in Illinois. Inventory is sourced from our suppliers and shipped in bulk to our U.S. location, then processed, packed, and shipped to you. Items ship within 7–14 business days from the date of payment, based on our weekly shipping schedule.
Every order ships with tracking and delivery confirmation. We email your tracking details once your order is dispatched.
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays caused by an incorrect address provided at the time of order.
All sales are final. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
We stand behind every order. Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives. If it arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
As all sales are final, refunds are issued only when an item arrives damaged, is not as described, or is confirmed lost in transit. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of confirmation.
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right by replacement or refund.
If you ever have an issue with a charge, please contact us first at the email or phone below. We resolve the large majority of concerns quickly and directly, before they ever need to become a formal dispute.
You may cancel an order for a full refund any time before it has been processed and prepared for shipment, by contacting us at the email below.
Once an order has been processed and prepared for shipment, it can no longer be cancelled, though our Returns policy above may still apply after delivery.
Custom and special orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.
We describe every piece accurately on our store, including its materials, and we stand behind the quality of what we sell.
Goldman Collection LLC is a U.S.-based retailer. We sell and ship to customers within the United States and do not currently offer international shipping.
